 Terms of Service -I will assume that you've read my terms, and failure to follow these terms will give me the right to cancel the commission.
- Please make sure to mention the deadline (if needed) ahead of time.
- I have the right to decline commissions that I don't feel comfortable working on.
- I will always give updates and will not finish the commission before discussing the sketch in case of changes.
- If the client doesn't reply to updates/WIPs in an amount of time, the deadline might have to be extended.Payments:
- Payment will be received fully upfront, I will not start the commission before the payment.
- Payment through PayPal only!
- The prices may differ depending on add-ons.Commercial Info:
- If the artwork is simply used for content creation like advertising, streaming or anything that does not involve monetization, no fee will be applied.
If the artwork will be used for reproduction or sale, a fee of 100% of the original drawing will be appliedRevisions:
- Revisions will be free only during the sketch phase, afterwards it will be charged depending on the complexity
- Revisions may affect the progress and timeline!Design Fee:
- +50% of the original price.
The design fee will be applied for whenever someone isn't able to provide a picture of their character.Use:
- As the Artist I am allowed to repost the artwork on any of my socials or websites.
- The Client isn't allowed to claim the work as their own, credit always must be given when displaying my work.
- Do not change my work in any way, if the Client wants a different version of the piece it should've been part of the commission. However, the Client is allowed to crop it, add text or animate the artwork.- DO NOT use my artwork for NFT, crypto or AI imaging websites/programs.Refunds:
- No refunds allowed once the commission process has begun.
- If the Client wishes to cancel the commission before it has begun, a full refund will given.
- If the artist needs to stop working for personal or health reasons, a refund also will be given.
- A full refund will be given if the artwork isn't provided before the approved deadline.Communication:
- If there are any questions, feel free to send a message on twitter or Discord.
- The Client can always ask for updates
- finished artwork will be sent through Discord and/or Email.Adopts/Character Design TOS:
- Adoptables/Designs may be used for streaming with no extra cost as long as it does not involve monetization. Commercial rights to the artworks may be purchased at any time. (same rule as in "commercial info" section above).
- Upon purchase, the character belongs to the client who purchased it, however, the rights to the design/artwork in particular, still belongs to the artist and ALWAYS will be given credit to.
- the artist has the right to post and/or share their work anytime.
- Artist has the right to decline someone's interest if they don't feel comfortable.
- Do not use adoptable/design for illegal or offensive content
- Adoptables/Designs are NOT allowed to be changed in any way except for hairstyles and outfits.
- Commercial rights do NOT apply for outfit DesignsRESALE NOT PERMITTED
